Lessons
Lessons provided to students of all ages and levels of experience.
Lessons for beginners focus on safety and good horsemanship, from the ground up, to build a solid foundation for working with & around horses, using United States Pony Club standards.
Lessons for more advanced riders focus on a classically correct position and rider biomechanics to effectively communicate with the horse in both dressage and jumping. Students will learn to ride with an effective seat and proper timing of the aids. Students have found success winning across disciplines using the skills learned from a strong basis in classical dressage. Clear communication and harmony with your horse is the goal, no matter the discipline. Dressage, Hunter Jumpers and Eventers welcome as well as all breeds of horses.
Horses of all breeds are trained with both work in-hand and ridden work. Proper ground manners are of utmost importance for a good relationship between horse and rider. In-hand work helps the horse to understand what you will be asking for in the saddle, from the ground, making it an easy transition. Training focuses on developing good balance and a proper topline through correct work for a happy, healthy and harmonious equine partner.

Broadway Joey - Fancy 14.1h 2010 Welsh Pony X gelding
*SOLD* Professionally trained and ready for his new rider. Lovely mover and eye catching enough for any judge. Puppy dog personality, scope for days and talent for dressage. He is good with beginners on the lunge line, but he needs a junior in a program or a small adult with his forward way of going. Beautiful, naturally forward stride. Would make a fantastic Jumper or Dressage pony. Currently working on changes and small fences, but plenty of scope for the big stuff. Fancy for the dressage arena! Scores in the 70%. Perfect for an adult or a junior ready to move up to a talented pony. Easy keeper, barefoot, no vices, excellent ground manners & very sweet.
